PROVISION OF SERVICES
i-Curate will supply all services to its Clients in accordance with the Clients unique needs, as long as i-Curate shall not be required to facilitate the supply of goods/services that it considers at its discretion may breach appropriate laws, standards/regulations.
i-Curate will try its very best to meet all deadlines, in situations where times have been estimated it would however not affect our service.
All services will be provided using proper care and attention to detail.
i-Curate has the right to effect changes to services required, which are essential in order to comply with relevant laws, health and safety requirement. These however will not affect the quality of our services and we will notify the Client if that occurs.
REQUESTING A SERVICE
Requests are placed by telephone, email or through our ‘contact us’ form. When a request is made, a quote of applicable fees and any terms and condition that may apply is sent to the client. Upon acceptance of the fees and form by the Client, a contract drawn up by i-Curate is to be completed by both parties.
i-Curate reserves the right to refuse a request or withdraw any of its services if conditions are not met, at its sole discretion. If we are not able to handle any request, the client will be notified immediately.
OUR FEES
Our fashion concierge fee differs and ranges from 7-20% of the purchase price depending on the item to be purchased. Some fees for services from i-Style Consult such as fashion styling, personal shopping and wardrobe planning are fixed and are charged at an hourly rate. Highly sought after super luxury goods such as – Celine, Chanel and Hermes; Birkin, Constance & Kelly etc., are charged at a premium. Fees for our bridal and i-Style CASA services range from 10-15% of the overall budget. The client will always be notified of all fees before we proceed.
For all other services, our fees are quoted once i-Curate has been engaged by the client.
PAYMENT
All payments are accepted by a bank transfer or cash. All details of request and payments are handled with strict confidentiality.
QUALITY CONTROL
All items are inspected before purchase and delivery. Pictures are also taken for our records.
DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
i-Curate only uses reputable couriers, our aim is to always dispatch orders immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs at your destination. All purchases are insured up until delivery to the clients address.
All shipping and handling are at an added cost, they are charged to the client as quoted from the courier service to be used. For exotic skin items that may require export licenses, it will be obtained at an added cost.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as custom policies and import duties vary from country to country.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your item, for any reason please contact us at hello@i-curateonline.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Late returns may not be eligible for an exchange or return.
Items should please be returned in its original condition with all added extras if any. Some items are not eligible for a refund only an exchange and this will be communicated to the client before a purchase. The following items may not be returned (bespoke or altered goods, limited edition items, beauty products, millinery, jewellry, underwear, nightwear and swimwear). Most super brands don’t offer refunds or exchanges; this does not however affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty. Items purchased outside the UK are non-refundable.
